Dope song with a Primo-like beat from the “Integritty” album.

Nuff said. Dilla on the beat.
Talib Kweli - Where Do We Go feat. Res (prod. Dilla)
The 1/2 of Verbal Threat, Kool Sphere, released an album definitely worth checking. “Integritty” features such artists as Kool G Rap, AZ, Lil Dap, Bronze Nazareth…
We did a couple of joints for the album, and one track ended up on it. I have to say Kool Sphere is a great true school fella to work with, big up!
Kool Sphere - Optimism (prod. Marks)
Extremely sad news reached us today… “We all must meet our moment of truth.” Rest in peace Guru.
Gang Starr - Moment of Truth. My favorite song of all time.
Another fine album from the Truth & Soul records, the home of El Michels Affair: Lee Fields & The Expressions - My World. Here’s one gem from the timeless sounding 2009 release.
Lee Fields - Ladies

A lot of people seem to be checking the new HBO series “How to Make it in America”. I haven’t seen any episodes yet, but definitely heard the buzz on the theme song by the Emanon member Aloe Blacc, a RBMA alumni from 2006 Melbourne.
Aloe Blacc - I Need A Dollar

PS. The song features band members from El Michels Affair.
Time for some more Smif-n-Wessun, in the form of a video from the slept-on release “The Album” (2007). The whole album is entirely produced and recorded by Ken Ring & co in Sweden.
Smif-N-Wessun - Gotta Say It
PS. Anyone recognizes the Finnish song where the sample has been used as well?
